Fried Frog Legs


  • 8 frog legs
  • Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup(s) cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper

In a large skillet heat 3 to 4" of oil over high heat. Wash the frog legs in cold water. Skin the legs and rinse in cold water. Dry the legs completely. In a bowl combine flour and cracker crumbs.
