Fried Fudge


  • 3 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 can(s) Carnation milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Melt 1 cup sugar in a skillet. A cast iron skillet works well. Add 1/3 can milk, stirring constantly. Add 1 cup sugar and 1/3 cup can milk and mix well. Add last of sugar and milk, and vanilla, stirring all the time. Cook to a soft ball stage. Beat, pour into a buttered pan and cool.
