Fried Green Olives Stuffed with Blue Cheese
- 24 pitted Spanish olives
- ½ cup fine dry breadcrumbs
- Peanut oil
- 1 ounce mild blue cheese (such as Maytag)
- 1 large egg
- All purpose flour
