Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup(s) yellow cornmeal
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 0.5 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 1 pound(s) unripe green tomatoes or large tomatillos
  • 4 slice(s) of bacon
  • Canola oil
  • Low-fat mayonnaise and baby arugula
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 large egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of water
    • 8 thick-cut slices of whole wheat or multigrain bread
