  • Salt, pepper and paprika
  • 3 Green tomatoes (sliced)
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup(s) corn meal
  • Milk

Add salt and pepper to corn meal set aside. Heat a skillet or pan until hot. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and paprika with enough milk to make a dip. Dip tomatoes in egg mixture, then roll in the cornmeal and fry in hot pan, until tomatoes are crispy and done.
