Fried Green Tomatoes 40


  • 4 green tomatoes (medium)
  • 1 cup(s) Kentucky Colonel seasoned flour
  • 1 egg beaten

Rinse green tomatoes, core and slice into 1/4 inch slices. In small bowl beat 1 egg. Dip each tomato slice in egg mixture, then coat both sides in seasoned flour. Fry tomatoes on medium high heat in vegetable oil. Cook until lightly brown and crisp on both sides.
