  • ½ cup(s) Milk
  • 8 green tomatoes (large)
  • 2 cup(s) white corn meal
  • 16 ounce(s) cooking oil
  • 1 egg (large)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Wash and slice tomatoes to 1/4 inch thickness, plan on at least 4 slices per person. Combine egg and milk in bowl and beat well. On a separate large plate; mix cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper.
