Fried Pig's Feet

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • ¾ cup milk
  • Vegetable oil
