Fried Shallots (Hahn Phi)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thinly sliced shallots
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil

1. In an 8- to 10-inch frying pan over medium heat, stir shallots in oil until crisp and golden, 6 to 10 minutes (shallots will absorb most of the oil). 2. Nutritional analysis per tablespoon.
