Fried Sliced Garlic (Toi Chien)


  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 8 medium garlic cloves, thinly sliced lengthwise

1. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.2. Add garlic slices to skillet and fry until just golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.Note: Nutritional analysis is per tablespoon.
