Fried Sweet Potato Hashbrowns

Ingredients

  • ½ pound diced bacon
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
