Frozen Cookie-wiches

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) package pillsbury refrigerated cookie dough
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2/3 cup miniature marshmallow
  • ½ cup peanut butter or ½ cup butterscotch chips
  • ½ cup butterscotch chips

1 Combine filling ingredients and mix. 2 Prepare cookies, either homemade, or following package directions for refrigerated dough. 3 Let cookies cool completely. 4 Spread filling about 1/2-inch thick between 2 cookies. 5 Wrap individually and freeze at least 2 hours. 6 Store in freezer.
