Frozen Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup prepared horseradish, drained
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

1. In a medium bowl combine the drained horseradish with the sugar, salt and mayonnaise. Fold in the whipped heavy cream. 2. Freeze the mixture in a freezer-weight plastic container for at least 2 hours. Set out 15 minutes before serving. 3. PREP 5 mins 4. COOK 2 hrs 5. READY IN 2 hrs 5 mins
