{Frozen icebox cake}


  • 10 or 12 Marie biscuit cookies (or plain chocolate wafers)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 250 ml whipping cream (1 cup), very cold
  • 2 heaped tbs sugar
  • 125 ml whipping cream (½ cup)
  • 125 g dark chocolate (4,5 oz), chopped
  • chopped almonds to decorate (optional)

1. Beat together whipping cream and sugar until stiff. 2. Dip each cookie into some milk (not a full soak, just a nice dip).
