Frozen Jam with Bulk Pectin


  • 4 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 cup(s) crushed berries
  • ¾ cup(s) water
  • ¼ cup(s) pectin

Stir sugar into fruit. Let stand 10 minutes. Mix water and pectin; bring to a boil over high heat; stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir hot mixture into fruit mixture. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Fill containers; let stand 24 hours and then freeze.
