Frozen Joe


  • 1 teaspoon sugar in the raw
  • Non-fat whipped topping
  • 2 ounces non-fat milk
  • 1 ounce dark coffee or espresso
  • 2 ounces vodka

1 In a blender pour vodka, espresso and milk with 2 cups ice. Puree until smooth. Pour into glass, garnish with a dollop of whipped topping and a sprinkling of raw sugar and serve.
