Frozen Kiwi Lime Mousse


  • 4 kiwi, peeled and coarsely chopped (large)
  • 1/3 cup(s) sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) grated lime zest
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
  • ½ cup(s) buttermilk

Combine kiwi, sugar, zest and juice in processor. Whirl until pureed. Transfer to bowl. Whisk in buttermilk. Pour into four 1/2-cup individual custard cups. Cover with aluminum foil. Freeze for several hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
