Frozen Lemonade Squares 2


  • ½ cup(s) thawed whipped topping
  • 1 frozen vanilla yogurt, softened (1 quart 4 cup )
  • 6 ounce(s) ½ of 12 ounce can) frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
  • 9 Honey Graham crackers, finely crushed (1 ¼ cup)
  • ½ stick(s) margarine or butter, melted (¼ cup stick)

Mix graham crackers and margarine; press onto bottom of 9 inch square pan. Beat yogurt and concentrate with mixer until well blended; spread over crust. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Serve topped with whipped topping and/or lemon zest.
