Frozen Papaya and Passion-Fruit Rum Cocktail


  • 1 cup light rum
  • 4 ½ cups papaya
  • 4 cups ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup superfine granulated sugar
  • 1 cup passion-fruit purée

Blend rum, papaya, passion fruit, sugar, and ice in 2 batches in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
