Frozen Passionfruit Yogurt


  • ½ cup caster sugar (110 grams)
  • ¼ cup water (60 mls)
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin, powder
  • 2 cups low-fat yogurt (plain natural flavour- 560grams)
  • ½ cup passion fruit pulp (125 mls)
