Ingredients

  • Garnish: additional pistachio nuts
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2/3 cup whipping cream
    • 1 cup brown edge wafer cookie crumbs
    • 1 cup pistachio nuts
    • ½ cup butter or margarine, softened

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add 1 cup pistachio nuts. Process until chopped. Add wafer cookie crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter. Pulse 4 or 5 times or until blended.
