Ingredients

  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened on microwave's defrost setting for 30 seconds
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened on microwave's defrost setting for 30 seconds
  • 14 or so graham crackers
  • 6 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
