Frozen Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup whipped cream
• 4 ounces frozen strawberries
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
