Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
- garnish with sliced almonds, if desired
- 6 ounce(s) black berries
- 6 ounce(s) yogurt, any flavor
- ½ cup(s) mangos--diced, more, if desired
In the bottom of each glass place approximately 1 inch of yogurt, then a layer of fruit, another 1 to 2 inches of yogurt, and repeat. The top layer should a fruit layer. Serve chilled.
