Fruit and Yogurt Parfait


  • garnish with sliced almonds, if desired
  • 6 ounce(s) black berries
  • 6 ounce(s) yogurt, any flavor
  • ½ cup(s) mangos--diced, more, if desired

In the bottom of each glass place approximately 1 inch of yogurt, then a layer of fruit, another 1 to 2 inches of yogurt, and repeat. The top layer should a fruit layer. Serve chilled.
