Ingredients

½ cup sugar
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons butter or stick margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup fat-free milk
1 cup dark corn syrup
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

Combine butter and chocolate in a small saucepan; cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring occasionally.
