Fun Finger Gelatin

Ingredients

• 1 cup cold water
• 2 cups hot water
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 (6 ounce) packages fruit-flavored gelatin mix
• 2 ½ cups cold water
• 5 (.25 ounce) envelopes unflavored gelatin (such as Knox ®)
