Fuyu Persimmon Relish
Ingredients
- ¼ cup dried currants
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt
- ¼ cup sherry wine vinegar
- 4 firm-ripe Fuyu persimmons
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
