  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 c 2-inch slices yellow squash
  • 1 c 2-inch slices zucchini
  • 8 oz fresh green beans, ends snapped
  • 2 c 2-inch slices peeled carrots
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 c chopped Roma (plum) tomatoes
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
    • 2 t dried dillweed
    • Salt and pepper
    • 1 (16-ounce) package penne pasta
