Garlic Butter Spinach


  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons light butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
  • 1 (7-ounce) package fresh spinach (about 6 cups)

Combine first 4 ingredients in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave at HIGH 25 seconds or until butter melts. Add spinach; cover and microwave at HIGH 2 minutes or until spinach wilts. Serve immediately.
