Garlic Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) baby carrots
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive or vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup(s) hot water
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) dried thyme
  • Dash pepper

In a skillet, sauté carrots and garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Add water, salt, thyme and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 8-12 minutes or until carrots are tender. YIELD: 6 servings.
