Garlic Mashed Cauliflower


  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • milk to taste
  • 1 tablespoon white miso (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
