Garlic Mashed Potato Bake for a Crowd


  • 4 package(s) cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • salt and cracked pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup(s) chopped parsley
  • - ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup(s) horseradish (optional)
  • ¼ cup(s) Dijon Mustard
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup(s) margarine
    • 4 clove(s) garlic, minced
    • onion, chopped
    • 3 or 4 lbs red or russet potatoes

In a large pot, boil potatoes in salted water with peel on until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Add butter, sour cream and then remaining ingredients. Gradually mix on medium.
