Garlic Pita Chips
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and quartered
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- 6 (6-inch) pitas, split
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F. In a very small saucepan, heat oil, garlic and coriander; season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until garlic is golden, 2 to 3 minutes.
