Garlic-Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced and mashed to a paste with a pinch of salt
- 1 cup full-fat plain yogurt
- 2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste
Combine the yogurt, oil, and garlic in a small bowl and season to taste with salt. Refrigerate until shortly before serving.
