Ingredients

  • 1 large, sweet onion, peeled and quartered
  • 2 cup(s) cucumber, peeled and cut in half
  • 6 cup(s) ripe tomatoes, quartered (stems removed)
  • 1 quart(s) canned tomato juice or vegetable juice
  • ½ cup(s) feta cheese, or blue cheese, crumbled for garnish
  • ½ teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar

    • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
    • 1 clove(s) garlic, peeled and quartered
    • 3 stalks of celery, ends trimmed and cut in thirds
    • 1 green pepper, seeded, and quartered
    • ¼ cup(s) fresh basil, chopped
    • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) garlic salt
    • ¾ teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
    • ½ bunch(s) fresh parsley (about ½ c of leaves)
    • 2 yellow summer squash, peeled and cut in thirds
    • ¼ cup(s) fresh chives, chopped
