George Washington Rice Pudding


  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 3 cup(s) milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup(s) seedless raisins
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup(s) sugar
    • 1 cup(s) uncooked rice

Combine rice and milk together in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat until rice is tender and has absorbed most of the milk, about 45 minutes.
