GEORGIA CRACKER SALAD
Ingredients
- 1 boiled egg, chopped
- 1 ½ cup(s) mayonnaise
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped (large)
- 1 tube(s) saltine crackers
- Salt & pepper to taste
Mix tomato, onions & mayonnaise together. Add egg. Salt & pepper to taste. Just before serving, add sleeve of saltine crackers. Can also crumble bacon pieces to this for a BLT flavor.
