Ingredients

  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) celery seed
  • 1/3 cup(s) vinegar
  • ¾ cup(s) water
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) flour
  • ¾ cup(s) onion sautéed inch bacon grease until tender
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 6 bacon slices, fried crisp
    • 6 potatoes, cooked, cooled and sliced (medium)

Prepare potatoes, bacon and onions as stated above.Blend together: flour, sugar, celery seed and salt. Stir into onion mixture and cook over low heat until smooth and bubbly.
