  • 2 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • ½ cup finely chopped onion
