GHG ’s Smoky Black Bean Dip


  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • ½ tsp. smoked paprika (pimentón de la vera)
  • ½ tsp. red chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1-2 chipotle chiles in adobo (depending on your heat preference), coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. low- or nonfat sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup loosely packed fresh cilantro (leaves & stems)
    • 2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped onion
    • 2 large garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
    • 1 15-oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
