Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Crust:
  • 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated white sugar
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • Chocolate Filling:
    • 2 ¼ cups cream cheese, at room temperature
    • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    • 1 cup Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    • 2 ounces Ghirardelli White Chocolate baking bar, grated for garnish (optional)
