  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
  • 24 (6-inch) corn tortillas
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, plus extra, if desired

Arrange oven racks in upper and lower thirds of oven. Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush two large cookie sheets with oil. Whisk 1/4 cup oil with chili powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne and salt.
