  • coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • ¾ cup warm water (110 degrees F to 115 degrees F)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast

1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and salt. Stir in flour, 1/2 cup at a time. To form a soft dough.
