Giant Salted Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 large egg
