Ginger Bars
Ingredients
- ¼ tsp. table salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Confectioners’ sugar for sprinkling
- 2 extra-large eggs
- 4-½ tsp. honey
- 1-1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 2-½ tsp. ground ginger
- + 5 more ingredients

- 6-½ oz. (13 Tbs.) unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
- 2 Tbs. plus 1-½ tsp. molasses
- ½ tsp. ground cloves
- 9 oz. (2 cups) all-purpose flour (I prefer King Arthur)
