Ingredients

  • 1-½ lb. Granny Smith apples (about 4 small), peeled and cut into large dice
  • 1-½ cups heavy cream, chilled
  • 2 Tbs. granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Kosher salt
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 recipe Ginger Cake
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1-½ cups fresh (or frozen) cranberries
    • 2 Tbs. finely chopped crystallized ginger
    • 3 Tbs. unsalted butter
    • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
