Ingredients

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ cup toasted wheat germ
  • Apple slices (optional)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
