  • 1/3 cup dried Calimyrna figs
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 ¾ cups whipping cream
  • 8 large egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
  • ½ cup dry white wine
