  • 1 Pecan Brown Sugar Crust (prebaked)
  • 3 ½ pounds Anjou or Bosc pears, peeled, cored, and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
    • Pinch ground cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon orange zest
    • ¼ cup flour

Preheat oven to 375° F. Position a rack in lower third of oven. Slice each pear quarter into bite-size pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
