Ginger-Soy Glazed Mahi Mahi

Ingredients

  • 4 (6- to 8-ounce) mahi mahi fillets, about 1 inch thick
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger

Whisk together first 4 ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside. Heat canola oil and sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
